• Loss of goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pink Panda and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
